Perhaps another solution would be to have a single evening start in the Masters and start the doubles in the afternoon. The doubles is usually more random, the bracket often filled incrementally, matches played throughout the weekend, etc. So, for those players wanting to play both, let them play doubles in the afternoon. I know this is not perfect since playing partners may be arriving late, etc.; however, it may certainly ease the problem typically experienced in the two start Jackpot/Masters events.
