I should mention another problem I had.

There was a problem with making a hotel reservation as the main reservation number showed the group block as filled, and there was nobody at the hotel at the time that could handle a reservation. I eventually on another day called the hotel and was able to book the room.

Anyway, when I had the problem I had sent an email about this to the email address listed on the tournament flyer. I never received a response to my email. At the tournament a couple of other people had mentioned that they had also sent emails to which they never got a response.

This is bad. I wonder how many people simply did not show up at the event because they did not take this as a good sign of things to come.
