I'd say that 25 seconds per move (300 seconds or 5 minutes total) is an appropriate amount of time for open players, and I'd give intermediate players an extra 10 seconds per move (420 seconds or 7 minutes total). The top 2 winners could be from either division, but if both are from the same division, I'd give honorable mention to the best result in the other division.

One future tweak that I'd make in the format is not announce where the plays originated.
