How to roll out an entire GNU match?

Are you suggesting setting the analysis plies to 8, let's say?
Yikes! I don't think there is a fast enough computer anywhere to handle that in less than a year's worth of CPU-time.
I don't know how to answer your question (but Jason seems to have done it). However, my approach would be to limit the number of trials (e.g. 1296) AND set the strength to Expert checkerplay, World Class cubeplay, AND "stop the rollout..." when one play is better than 3 j.s.d. after a minimum of 108 trials. (I think you can do all of these in 'AND' mode.) That is the first pass.
Then go through the results and select plays which need deeper analysis (e.g. for plays which haven't reached statsig), possibly bumping up the strength to WC play. Eventually (maybe at this point or after another similar iteration) you will likely need to manually set up and control each situation rather than run in batch mode.
