Hi Neil:

Michy doesn't travel outside of Japan very often, but I think there were some personal issues that kept him close to home for several recent years. Most of his Japan play is not at home. Michy lives in the Osaka-Kobe-Kyoto metro area, and while they have a big tournament there, and an active club scene, he has to do most of his important playing in Tokyo. That's the equivalent of you traveling to New York or LA.

Trust me, I have been watching Michy's game for ten years, and he is the real deal.
