Unless I am misunderstanding something it does argue against it. When a live cube rollout is done a game is ended at a pass of a cube. For the cubeless tally the evaluation of the position is used to fator in the overall win % gammon % etc.. Instead of relying on that evaluation it is more accurate to roll it out to the end which is what is done in a cubeless RO. If you really want cubeless values it is better to do a cubeless RO.
