Ultimate pipcount/ pipples

AFAIK there was never a method for converting pipples count to cubeless game winning chances = CGWC (or Cubeless Probability of Winning = CPW for those who prefer that term).

Equivalent Pip Count (EPC) is certainly easier to learn and remember but it suffers the same lack of finishing touch (again, to my knowledge).
