This is probably one that some people have in their memories.

5/36 (White rolls four pips or fewer) and Blue has a recube. 1/6 of the time White bears off immediately. That leaves 25/36 where Blue can win with a doublet (1/6) = 25/216 = 100/864 which is between 1/8 and 1/9, but closer to 1/9 -- call it 11.5%.

If you count all the redoubles (14% of the time) 2-points wins (see Advanced Backgammon) then right now Blue looks to be winning around in the high 25's. Note that just because White rolls at least 5 pips his first turn doesn't mean s/he bears off in two rolls, so give Blue a few more wins.

Could be close because of the inexactness of the assumed 2-point wins after White's bad initial roll, but I'm taking.
