Can anyone say Safe vs. Bold criteria? They point to "safe" and 24/23 is safer than 11/10 because it leaves fewer shots at the outside blot. I hit with 33, by the way (bar/22 24/15*).

Also, Race When Ahead is a maxim favoring 24/23, which best prepares to race when ahead.
