If this were just a race it looks like a close pass at the score. (I get ~23% racing cgwc and a takepoint of 25%.) Does contact help or hurt Blue? It probably helps a bit since Blue can use the big swing a hit will bring whereas White can't use it (nearly as much). But Blue needs to hit quickly and no White roll forces a blot -- thus Blue is messing up his homeboard (and the subsequent racing chances) while waiting for the shot.

Very unsure about the T/P decision but I'm leaning toward 'pass'. (I just got burned ~0.04 the other night by passing in a similar situation except Blue had more time to wait for the shot then.)
