Awkward Clock Situation

Lets see what the silent masses think?
So you figure they'll speak with their keyboards?
I have always been doubtful that the so-called 'scientific' polls are reliable at the level they claim. Bill's are fun, but do you think they properly sample the population?
As a sidelight, in the late 90's the greatest high school basketball tournament in the US was changed with the 'promise' that if the change (school enrollment size classes) didn't work they would revert to the old method. Attendance at the Indiana HS boys championship was unrivaled even in states (like California) with 20 times as many people. Attendance had been falling slowly prior to the change but after the change the dropoff accelerated. Think they went back to the old way?
You should always want your idea to be in place (i.e. the default) because inertia is even a more powerful factor in human decision making than it is in physics.
