Prime-vs-prime. My specialty!
Certainly looks to me like Blue has a decent advantage (i.e. in wins and gammons) and there definitely are some market losers. I say that after feeling 90% sure White has a take. The matchscore says "if Blue can't win this game he's in pretty deep trouble, and opportunities are getting hard to come by." There's certainly some Woolsey Doubling Rule vig here.
This fits into my category of "Quatro" cubes. Basically, in most match situations we play here in the US (15-pointers or shorter), when you are four points (or more) behind you must be agressive with the cube. The (cutesy, admittedly) mnemonic is "don't nickel and dime when you can quatro". I.e. look for opportunities to win four points. I don't think it's right to carried away and let this spill over to scores where you are three points behind, BTW.
D+T.
