I think one can be diplomatic without specifically 'asking'. That's what I'm trying to find a way to do.

And you can rest assured that even with the wording in the flier and the (surely to occur) announcement at the Calcutta there are going to be a few players who are unaware of the options/procedures. Yes, I agree they "should" know.
