I suspect I could find this on the web, but you do such a good job of explaining... :)

What is 2-7 triple draw? (And please don't assume I even know how to play standard 7-card stud, if this is a spinoff of that. Of course I know how 7-card is dealt but I'm not sure I know WHEN and HOW MUCH you're allowed to bet, etc.)

Just include me in the masses that learn poker by watching TV -- 99% of which is NLH, and not very good NLH at that!
