...There is no way you can be +EV on parlays.

Disagree for two reasons:

1) Some parlays (in LV, for example) have lower odds/game than the standard 11:10 lay.

2) If you have enough +EV in single games you 'compound' faster with parlays.

One needs to make the distinction between "parlay cards" and window parlays. The parlay cards usually show "for odds" whereas the window parlays show "to odds". (E.g. "6 for 1" compared to "6 to 1".) But even with parlay cards you can have +EV, it's just harder (i.e. you need a larger single game edge to overcome the juice).
