20/15 is the easy part.

15/14 gets us closer to safety. 5/4 gives us 6's to cover (if it goes hit-hit). I count 14 hitting numbers if we're on the 15-point vs. 15 if we're on the 14-point. (Mathematicians would appreciate the pretty symmetry here.) But Suck's hit+covers seem more plentiful if we're on the 15-point, so adding it all up...
