I can't see hitting here. (And I don't expect Neil to hit, either, but rather slot or build the back of his prime.)

23/21(2) maintains the three prime. But do you really want to give up the chance for the 23-22 backame? (Stronger argument against 22/21[3] as it doesn't even save the barpoint.)
