Down 13 pips with one on the bar and owning the 13-point -- feels like some G losses for White if Blue can finish closing the board, and that's a bad thing at this score (doubled, of course).

I'd cluck my way to a pass, which makes the D a slam dunk here (from my PoV, of course). That assumes it's not TG. This doesn't look like the kind of position to play-on, with Blue one and a half sequences (bad-good-fan) away from trailing this game.
