Then the choice is the classic builder-vs.-split decision. This is often very close (e.g. 3-2 and 4-3 opening rolls). Relatively speaking the split looks better here because opp (the evil Suck) cannot (as) easily attack or PoH on his 5-point with one on the bar. We've evened the race with our hit so there is less propensity to hold the 24-point and bring down the builder as otherwise would have been the case.
