Let's do some counting:

23 numbers PoH. {All combinations of 2,3,4,5 including doublets = 16; 6-3, 6-4, 6-5 = 6; 1-1}.

8 numbers hit two. {2-1, 3-1, 4-1, 5-1}.

The remaining five are 6-6 (how bad can that be?), 6-2 and 6-1 (pick and pass).

Only 6-6 leaves fewer than two on the bar. At most eight numbers leave a direct shot (note that instead of hitting two, Blue could p&p with six of those).

White has some winning chances but Blue has a LOT of gammon chances. To me this looks closer to a TG than to a T.
