GNU 2 ply is well off the mark here, whereas GNU 4 ply gets closer, but still pays off.

In general in tactical situations like this, 4 ply can outplay 2 ply as more lookahead is useful. When the evals between 2 and 4 ply are move in one direction.. the rollout also normally moves in that direction and often more so. That is the case here.

My quicky 2-ply rollout also says to play safe. I believe this was all the feeling Falafel and I had during our MC commentary.

Mochy's board is just too strong to pay off with this many shots and two blots and he may have issues keeping a good prime and the mid point later.
