13/9, 8/2 leaves the fewest shots and 13/9, 13/7 the most. You can also just hit 13/3*. Lastly you can make the 2-point (-gag-).
13/3* leaves four blots around the board and the same three points you started the game with compared to opp's great 5-point and 7-point improvements. Just seems like dancing in front of a firing squad.
I want a point and it ain't the 2-point. Between leaving 26 shots (with the non-hitting 1-1 and 5-5 to go along) I can't bring myself to honor my 70's roots by slotting the barpoint. So that leaves minimizing shots, and burning a builder in the process:
13/9, 8/2.
