A problem most intermediates get wrong

So, if I get this wrong does that make me an intermediate?
Position is screaming for a split. Which one? 22-point is better for Blue but also better (target) for White. OTOH, if White makes his 5-point now you definitely want to be at the edge. Haven't looked but probably PoH and making the 5-point have many duplicating dicerolls.
Cleaning up the blot on Blue's side isn't a high priority because White is working harder on the other side of the board and giving up anchor, even while hitting, can be costly. 13/10 is Voluntary TMP and doubly ugly because it makes points six apart.
I like 24/22 because that is a point I want (and may need) and 10/9 is a positive gain because that checker now becomes a builder for the 3-point.
Summary: 24/22, 10/9.
