Misja got the same answer, but counted the number of hands twice.
The difference is that he was counting "first card Ah, second card Ks" and "first card Ks, second card Ah" as two and you counted it as one.
This is somewhat analogous to backgammon where you can ask is a 2-1 the same as a 1-2? The difference is that in BG we have doubles whereas in this game you can't have a hand where both cards are identical (e.g. "Ah, Ah").
