What goal? At what cost?

Reviewing the issues, I believe these are the goals. Not everyone (in fact safe to say 'no one') puts the same emphasis on each:
1) ensure that intended random rolls with fair dice are random.
2) ensure that intended NON-random rolls with fair dice are random.
3) ensure that intened NON-random rolls with unfair dice will not be thrown.
So, what are we willing to "pay"?
A) Give up the tactile/aesthetic/"control" feature of using real (cubic) dice (as opposed to electronically generated dice)?
B) resort to a new type of shaking and rolling device which can be opened (to allow changing of dice)?
C) resort to a new type of shaking and rolling device which cannot be opened (without permanently, observably altering the device)?
D) (in the more common usage of the word 'pay') how many $/Euros is one willing to fork over for A, B, C?
