Thinnest travelling tournament BG board in common use?

I just got thru measuring my burgundy Aries set:
--checkers are 42mm or 1-11/16" diameter
--max cube height is 1-7/8" (or possibly as much as 1-15/16"), without
stressing the "closed set".
So, if you build it, I would buy it assuming that it fits/collapses into my board. The inside playing area already contains the two cups and the Scoreboard, plus the two cubes that I carry.
In the USA, I believe that we have done a really good job of running off the cheaters, particularly the dice manipulators. However that is not to say that a neubie could not make inroads prior to the backgammon community identifying their activities.
