1. Let's take a vote on issues here, and let's agree to all support the overall vote of the players;

I assume you mean this in parallel to how labor union contracts are decided: everyone votes for or against, but whatever the majority outcome of the vote (e.g. accept/reject the new contract offer), all union members are supposed to go along with it.

In that case (and I think this is consistent with your wishes), the votes should be about issues (e.g. "clocks on request", "clocks mandatory", "baffle boxes on request", "free Irish coffee during the Calcutta") rather than consequential outcomes like voting on whether or not to boycott an event.
