PRaT isn't a bad place to start. White is looking pretty good there.

Two things that White currently has that Blue doesn't: race lead and anchor.

OTOH, White isn't particularly well positioned to improve. All White's spares are on the same point -- a point where 6's don't play from and 4's are lame (even 5's, though useful at the moment, aren't in general very good). Further, White can't exactly hit loose with impunity.

Blue's position isn't exactly the model diversity. His best asset (four prime) might go up in smoke soon.

Bottom line is I'm pretty sure it's a take. But White definitely has advantages and there are market losers. And "pretty sure it's a take" doesn't negate the Woolsey Doubling Rule, so...:
