There really needs to be some penalty for an illegal move that is not condoned. As it currently stands there is actually a REWARD.

I want a 30 second penalty for making any illegal move, whether condoned or not. Also a 30 second penalty for handling the dice improperly -- either a premature pickup when it's still your opponent's turn or picking up the dice yourself (instead of hitting the clock).

If your clock is under 30 seconds, you do not forfeit -- it just runs down to zero, and upon any subsequent 30 second penalty, you DO forfeit.
