For what it's worth, 99% or so of the players I encountered in Denmark, Norway, Sweden were gentlemen at the table. Or ladies. Of the directors at tournaments I attended in those countries, I knew none who would not have banned known cheaters.

Of Georgian and other dice mechanics at tournaments in France, I have no firsthand knowledge. Is Badri Tsertsvadze playing again?
