What a crazy betting name for a crazy betting game....

In Response To: Instead of a Calcutta (Phil Simborg)

Who came up with the name "Calcutta" for that auction anyway? Just because some Brits recorded that type of auction in Calcutta some tome back? Ever since, it is used in BG, Golf and Horse Race.

Calcutta is one of the poorest cities in India. Does it really match with what the auction stands for? There are more appealing names for it.

Any suggestions?
