Thanks, Bob...I didn't know about the Kleinman count before. One thing I don't understand is your "adjustment" of Kleinman's formula for the Trice count. How are you doing that and what is the justification?

Speaking of Kleinman, which of his books would you recommend for someone interested in his mathematical analyses? I'm thinking about buying one or two of his books, but I'm not prepared at this point to buy them all.
