RO of original position and of a variant

It turns out that running is correct in the posted position, but if Blue's outfield checker is shifted back just one pip, then staying back is correct. It is probably too ambitious to come up with a manual calculation that gets both of these decisions correct, but getting in the ballpark ought to be possible.
