I not a native Danish speaker so do not rely on this entirely !:
From Taus Böytler's posting on the dbgf board:
Sunday and quarterfinals.Becher and Mochy have played for a while when the Raith brothers notice that it is only the japanese's clock which is running. The tournament director was attending some meeting(while quarterfinals were being played???) but arrived relatively quickly and made the players aware of the problem. At this point the clock said 1:09 for Mochy and 1:24 for Becher. Starting time pool was 1:25(match to 15). Becher didnt think he had used more time than the clock showed which would probably have been true if there had been a 10-12 seconds delay on each move, but there wasnt. Becher and Mochy agreed completely without drama to set Bechers time to 1:20 and Mochys to 1:10. Becher would like to have explained why Mochys time should ne set to 1:10 when it apparently was on 1:09. Mochy argued that it wasnt possible to see the number of seconds was left. That sounded as a reasonable explanation and it was probably a good thing in view of potential "bad-luck" stories that Mochy wasnt possibly cheated out of 59 seconds. Later he lost the match on time in dmp. He forgot to double at 13-13 to 15 which would have been mandatory in view of his time situation.
