Jacoby Rule?

In Response To: Rollout (DC-Ohio)

I assume this was a $-game and you rolled it out as such. It would be interesting to know how much the Jacoby Rule affected the cubeful equities. (It might even affect the cubeless equities as well, since I'm pretty sure GNU-bg "according to score" decisions fold in the Jacoby Rule. Anyone know this for sure, one way or the other? I suppose a simple experiment might answer.)
