It doesn't really mean anything because the games diverge too quickly. Your example is a good one. 52, 55 are the first rolls and one game plays 52S and the other plays 52D. The subsequent rolls could be great on one table and horrible on the other; nothing regarding 'skill' will be demonstrated.
