Bill, I fail to see any comment that in any way is disparaging against you or anyone else. As for the privacy of your communication, you stated that your plan was to go public with it but wanted to run it by me first. I NEVER thanked you for keeping it private, but for running it by me first. If you said anything in your communication to me that you wanted me to keep private, you certainly didn't ask me to keep it private. Yes, I was defensive, because you suggested things in your original email that were unflattering to me....for example, that I had a financial interest that I was not disclosing, or that I was not being faithful to my friend, Taki. So yes, I felt the need to defend myself. Did I say anything about you or myself that was untrue or misleading? If you are looking to pick a fight, or take offense, be my guest. I find that very telling. How would you feel if someone suggested that you had been devious or not honest about something and it was not true...and you also stated that I should go public because there were other people who felt the way you felt. I showed people the FM board because I was proud of it and because people asked me about it. I put a link on my website because I want to help and thank my friend Mete for sending me the board and I hope he does well selling them and I see nothing wrong with his making a board that is similar to Taki's but better in several ways. YOU told me that you, and others, believe I had a financial interest, which was not true....all you had to do was ask me. And you said that you and others felt it was wrong for me to help promote my friends boards because of my friendship with Taki, and again, that's between me and Taki and we continue to be very good, old friends. I disclosed NOTHING about your communication to me that you asked me to keep confidential, and I said NOTHING negative about you or anyone else....just that the conclusions you had jumped to were not true, and not, in my opinion, fair. I have helped Taki sell many, many boards, and I have helped Bob Z, and I have bought about 8 boards of theirs for myself over the years. Now I am adding FM (Mete) to my list for the same reasons: because it's an excellent product and because he's a friend.
