It may be worth testing right away for GG. Even if you can't rollout as the opening roll, it would only take 30 rollouts (15 x2) of a single play (per roll) to calculate the equity at -1, -2C. 5k each should be plenty. Actually, for this purpose, 1k should be good enough. That gives you 19k x2 in total which is the same as we are doing on GNU.

If the eXtreme MET at -1 -2C isn't good, then its whole MET is suspect and should not be used.

I haven't bought and installed eXtreme yet. (I just haven't taken the time. I'm sure I will do it within a month.) So, I can't perform the rollouts. But, I would be willing to organize and compile the results if someone else would do the rollouts.
