Feels like a take (takepoint around 25% cgwc). To be right for White to double, obviously it's right if Blue is below the takepoint, but I think it's also right if it's a close take. Blue could have trouble consolidating this position if White keeps at least one checker in Blue's board. Blot on the acepoint can be lived with (when covered) but it does limit Blue's gameplans.

All things considered it's probably close on the T/P and thus a double.
