I am interested in the results of this rollout. But, I would like to point out the validity of the concept presented in the article even if splitting finishes on top. Splitting and slotting plays are closer after 53P than they are after 31P and 42P. This is true even at GS. And, 21$ works particularly well for the reasons cited. The opportunity to make an advanced anchor after a hit allows the player to be more aggressive leaving shots than is the case after a better inner board point is made. That's what the author wants you to remember.
