Factors for Tournament Attendance?

In Response To: Factors for Tournament Attendance? (Chuck Bower)

If the intent is to make the ABT points more representative of stronger players, maybe this would help.

If the intent is to maintain/improve overall attendance, it appears counterproductive to me.

And since the list of "stronger players" (those who have a chance to win the ABT) is dwarfed by the overall BG population, the choice is clear.
