I think another big thing here is that you also give White 4 blotting numbers, and 2 of them double blot. Usually it's right to stay with 3 builders aiming at you, but the tactical concern here outweighs it. My guess is that if you move the checkers on the 4 point back to the 5 point it's clearly correct to stay.
