OTB I would probably have played 13/7 22/18. 7/3 8/2* is a possibility, but Blue needs to defend, not attack.

With the benefit of QF, though, I think I might play 22/16 7/3. This lets White escape with 5's, but gives good outfield coverage if that happens. 13/7 22/18 opens up the possibility of White rolling an ace, and then escaping with a 6 while Blue is dancing. It's hard for Blue to cover that blot on the 3-point and so there may be several turns for White to carry out this plan.

22/16 7/3.
