DMP & 44

My three losses in the Open (that's all you get...) were at DMP, DMP, and GG. I seem to get into DMP situations a lot more than my intuition says they should even come up. I guess I should be studying these late matchscores a lot more than I do presently (which is seldom/never). (I believe Jason is doing just that, BTW.)
One thing that jumps out at me here is White's homeboard. Blue doesn't want to stay on the 24-point in general, and particularly when White has all those builders in place. 24/20. They why stay on the 24-point with one? 24/20.
I see three candidates for the last two: 20/16(2), 13/9(2), and 7/3*(2). Blue's lead is either 5 or 8 pips -- not that large. Blue would like to race but I don't know if it's right to go full out for that just yet -- things could change.
7/3*(2) gives Blue chances to go after White's outfield blot, which would then secure a solid race lead. I think it's worth switching off the good blocking barpoint.
Summary: 24/20(2), 7/3*(2).
