Bona fide example of a stoplight chart

A side question I never got around to asking ... isn't there a better name than 'stoplight chart' since these charts will have numerous colors beyond the range of a stoplight? I'm assuming that's where it got its name originally.

I also don't know what you think 'orange' looks like but to me your orange is basically yellow.

The numbers/colors/decisions look correct to me at a onceover. If in the future you did start making these charts and you wanted to differentiate between decisions that were 'close' (defining the close line however you liked or was voted on if you're doing it for the community) you could shade or recolor a small triangle out of the bottom right hand side of the rectangle. (or something along those lines, I haven't given it much thought)
