I thought it was the best calcutta of the year. Interesting (w/ the 2 column format), entertaining (Phil cutting up, the questions, the pro auctioneer), moved fairly quickly, accomplished the goal, raised some money for the directors, raised some money for charity -- if the guy is that hard up I'll give him $20 to offset the difference in his expenses. I have no way of knowing except by my own recollection, but I would hazard to guess the Intermediate teams went for as high as any I've seen this year. The all two man teams lowered it a bit on the Championship side but if you adjust the average to the likely 3 man average team in other tourneys I would think the moneys were just as high.
