I clearly rule against player B.

1. Rules are rules. End of the story.

2. If B has rolled a good number, ruling against him will be an even bigger punishment. Premature rolling is against the rules. That´s it. Amen. You´re in a hurry? Talk to your opponent instead of rolling and tell him to make his forced move and pick up his dice !!!!

3. Why not introducing chess clocks in the chouettes? In which case, Player B can relax and watch player A run out of time.
