There's nothing really wrong with that solution, and frankly it beats the heck out of trying to write a code of laws that would make Hammurabi jealous.

False dilemma. I'm on board with Phil, who is not advocating a tome of a rule book. He wants to see certain key rules made more clear. Some of you say, "but it's clear." It may be clear to you, but when the same old arguments and discussions come up among the unwashed masses, then it's just not clear. How many dumb arguments have you heard about cubes being turned in the Crawford game?
