I think you can generalize:

Is there a way of converting... (insert your favorite method here)... into cube actions, or into raw winning percentages (a la the Kleinman Count)?

The only one I know of that gives GWC's is Kleinman. For matchplayers (instead of simply $-gameplayers), it matters a lot.
