You don't have all that many choices. 4/3 is the most progressive. 2/1 is similar, but starts a worse point and has fewer covers. 19/18 is leading with your chin and 20/19 takes away too much hitting power.

Addendum: Even if the two spares on the 4-point were spread out (one on the 4- and one on the 5- ) I still think slotting is right.
